Very similar experience to most of the other 1 star reviews. No bulk billing even with a health care card. Not going back.

Poor service. Have been sent home even though I was severely dehydrated and did say that I was not feeling capable of walking.

I fainted and the ambulance had to pick me up about 50m further up the road. They kept me for 5 hours at Royal Perth Hospital to treat the condition.

Don't risk getting "treated" here.

I attended with my husband to get one vaccination. I was not informed when I attended the appointment that we would each be charged $115 For a 10 minute consultation, and then charged another $15 for the nurse to give the vaccination! This is a disgusting and sneaky way to absolutely milk a customer of as much money as they can. $130 each to get one injection!!?? I'm disgusted and we will not return and we will tell other people not to attend this clinic.

In my experience at East Perth Medical, the Doctors I have seen have always been informed and give great advice. Also fabulous to have Pathology and Physio in the one place. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. They even have up to date magazines!!!!!

I went to the travel doctor here recently and my experience was perfect. I saw a Dr first who spoke to me, asked me questions and explained things. She was very friendly and explained everything so I could understand. Then I went to see a nurse who administered some vaccinations. She was absolutely lovely as well, chatted to me and made me feel very comfortable. Then I saw another Dr who took a blood test for me - she was nice and recommended places for me to travel to on my trip. Wait time wasn't long at all - and easy to book appt over the phone. Friendly and listened to you.
