The receptionist Cynthia is a pain to deal with. We like Dr Leung a lot however, that woman who answered the phone was so difficult and would not allow me to book my daughter in for the 3rd booking of the day because she hasn't seen Dr Leung before despite we are also taking the first and second booking for the family. I would have given 0 star if I could.
Dr Leung himself is alright, but the receptionist has to be one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I took my new born there for 6 weeks check up & immunisation. The appointment was booked in by another receptionist, and when we got there the women started complaining about how busy they were and they should not have taken our appointment in the first place. She also said we wouldn’t get our immunisation done at the time even though we have booked for it. If you don’t want to work, quit then. Don’t be a b!
Dr Leung is a knowledgeable and very patient GP, with extensive experience. I always find the receptionists here to be polite and kind.
Everything is ok. Dr leung good handle my kids to do the checking... Reception lady changed and service much more professional and nice.
Have seen Dr Leung for over 20 years. Great doctor, wonderful knowledge & thorough. Reception ladies take a bit to get used to, but are great & efficient once you get to know them.
Been going here for 15 years. Nice guy.
