Horrific experience - will never go back & encourage others to find somewhere else to go. Super rude staff, doctor didn't listen at all to what my concerns were, nurse had to call me back after I had already left the surgery and was on the way home for another test because she "forgot" to do it while I was there in front of her - unprofessional and incompetent from start to finish. I had to make another appointment elsewhere to actually get what I needed to get better.

This practice has some very good doctors. I have seen Dr Liz and Dr Lisa and they are both excellent doctors. My appointments are always on time or earlier if I am there. Liz is very understanding and down to earth. If she doesn't know the answer to a problem she finds out and gets back to you. She is a diligent practitioner and always has an engaging and friendly attitude. She is very thorough in her diagnoses and lets you know what she is doing and why.

Dr Lisa Surman, has been my GP for years and is a wonderful, knowledgeable GP.

I have seen Both Dr Lisa Surman and Dr Sally Partington and multiple times and have found them both the be extremely knowledgeable and compassionate when dealing with what turned out to be a very complicated illness. The Pathology lab at CBD west always produces extremely fast results. I would recommend anyone who asks to CBD West.

There I was for my doctor's appointment which was scheduled for 1pm, 10 minutes early as instructed on their web site. 1.20, there I was, still! Waiting to be seen. I decided enough, and enquired at reception as to why I was still waiting. I was told I did not announce my arrival therefore I was not there. I was sitting in plain view for all to see. If I was supposed to announce myself, why did someone not enquire as to why this person was just sitting there! More so, I was seen arriving! This was supposed to be my second visit to the surgery, never announced my arrival the first time, no problem that time! I looked for a feedback section on their site - none! (maybe I missed it, but I doubt it). So, I have no other choice to air my dismay via this public domain. How many other customers are treated this way! So they lose their business...
