Do not use this very useless company.  There are so many more better ones.  I was informed that a supervisor would return my phone call within 15 minutes, that was over 10hours ago.  It was a waste of my time as they never had any intention of calling me back our sending  me a doctor. Completely useless service. Please try another service, there are many fantastic ones out there.  This isn't one of them.

Gave up at midnight after waiting 2.5 hours after notified time of arrival. No text notification from doctor if he is late. You have to ring them elephone staff polite and said they called doctor and he was still coming. Should have just gone to ED.

Extremely unhappy with the service from this company. After an unsatisfactory and unprofessional experience, I've been attempting to get in contact for a month with no response from the company.
