(My first visit) It was good place to have quick appointment. Their rate doesn't change  The GP that I met was more fact based recommendation rather than professional experienced opinion based recommendation. She was kind and nice. If you need quick and same day visit would recommend.

They gave me same day appointment, so that was fantastic. I had appointment at 11:50 am and saw the doctor at about 12:20. The skin check took 2 mins.

They say it could be hormonal, but no further tests required. I would have preferred them to suggest a solution or to do further tests, to see if their assumption is right. If I do have a hormonal imbalance I would need to solve it! but nothing was suggested...
charged $70.

There is a "self check out" machine to pay whilst you go out... The receptionist was proactive and helped me with my payment.

I have the utmost faith in and praise for the medical professionals at Northbridge Medical Centre. My wife has seen three doctors over 4 visits at NMC in the past month. She developed shingles while we were travelling over from the east and we were unsure of the care we may receive in a new city. The professionalism and reassurance we experienced at NMC was on par with our long time family doctor at home. She is healing quickly now.

I was rather disappointed with doctor Catharine Liu. Doctor Alex introduced her to and she did the test for me without informing me she made a decision of furthering test. The fee piled up and I asked for an explanation but the nurse wasn’t willing to explain any just told that the clinical labs charges you not us ok? However

The doctor I saw was rude and abrupt. She did not make me feel at ease at all.I gave her information on a specific health problem I was regularly tested for thinking it may be necessary to disclose and she said "I don't care". She sat with me for all about 2 minutes and couldn't have gotten rid of me quicker. I was very taken back. I need to return for results but have organised to see another doctor.
