I visited Dr Sidiqi last week. She was very thorough in her treatment and took the time to listen to my concerns, making a plan for follow up treatment appointments. She is very caring, kind and ensures you understand treatment options. I would recommend her to anyone, from children to adults.
Dr Mahjooba Sidiqi is a very special family doctor who delivers exceptional medical care and is dedicated to the care of her patients. She takes the time to listen to you and understand your circumstances. Has built a wonderful rapport with our daughter with special needs who adores her. We are very blessed to have her on our special needs journey and to care for our family.
I’ve been seeing Doctor Sidiqi as my GP for years now, even following her to this center from her previous place of work. She is an amazing, knowledgeable and very caring Doctor. Can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me.
Administration Staff at Carousel Medical Hub are very professional and treat all patients as individuals, Staff adapt exceptionally well with different patients especially those from diverse backgrounds. They assist you to the best of their ability related to the administration perspective and always greet each patient with a smile and respect. Dr Majooba Sidiqi has been amazing whenever I have questions she takes the time to listen and give me the relevant information I need during consultations. And has made me feel really comfortable her approach and work ethics are amazing and can easily adapt to different needs and feelings of the patient, Dr Mahjooba has made me feel like my consultations with her are a safe place, which is how anyone would like to feel, when seeking medical attention. She has a bubbly personality and always books follow up appointment’s and if you miss an appointment she will make a welfare phone call to make sure the patient is ok and all staff make me smile and make my appointments more enjoyable and do a wonderful job so thankyou Dr Majooba and all the amazing staff at carousel medical hub for the amazing work you do on a daily basis Jasmien Davies
Had an appointment with Dr Sidiqi. A really lovely Dr, checked my old results and made sure that that issue was also resolved. I don't normally leave reviews but she had amazing bedside manner.
Mahjooba Sidiqi is a very warm and compassionate doctor, she is thorough and really listens to what you are saying, without judgement nor making you feel hurried, I have never met another doctor like her. I feel so very comfortable with her and I will definitely keep seeing her as my doctor going forward.
This is hands down the best practice I’ve ever been to, nurse Bec and Dr Sidiqi are without a doubt some of the best and most caring people I’ve met and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after! I can’t recommend them enough!
best. help us a lot. Talked to Doctor who is very nice, Dr Gayani. She gave the prescription for my son who has eczema problem.
Good treatment once I got in to see the doctor. Waiting time was long despite few patients in waiting room. Doctor also took a personal call on mobile during appointment which felt quite unprofessional and disrespectful.
The wait was too long, an hour beyond the the appointment time. I went to the center because I had persistent cough and sore throat. Despite me having PCR test negative, The doctor appeared scared of the virus and didn’t do a proper respiratorory screen on me to see if there is any other virus or infections.
