It's no wonder Dr Savas had so many appointment times available last minute as he was the worst GP I've ever come across. Plain rude and extremely argumentative. He has some serious personal issues that get deflected onto his patients. Fortunately I have thick skin so if you cannot handle confronting personalities, do not book in with this animal as you will walk away in tears. Reception staff were friendly and helpful so it's a shame the rest of the experience didn't fit the picture.
Absolutely terrible. I would give a 0 but it wasn't an option. How do I find a doctor somewhere that looks at you as a human being in a person and not just a number to get out the door. DEFINITELY WON'T FIND THAT HERE
After reading the post not sure what to expects from the health centre. I have also experience centre where I waited for 2 hrs. The place is directly opposite the Super IGA with ample parking. I booked my appointment online via Helath Engine app. It's convenient. I had my appointment on a public holiday and it's 10 mins from the opening time. My name was called about 10 mins later and I'm ok with that wait. The doctor is firm, pragmatic and he explained his view. I found he is knowledgeable. I would return again, consider the place is reasonable comfortable and I can book online.

Lost my CTSCAN referral, called to email me back but reception asked me to come back to doctor. I told i just need the referral so I can book for my ctscan. Promised to call back but no follow action. Been trying to call but nobody pick up...
Settle in with a good book, you're in for a wait. And once you're in, many of the doctors are sub par, with the exception of some like Dr Ruan.
I have been to this clinic a few times and have waited for hours there is no point making an appointment. The receptionists are lovely. Most doctors here are ok here but today I saw a doctor who I must say I will never see again. He practiced his own hygiene well with a face shield and mask however he did not even wash his hands or wear a gloves when he touched me. I went for a second opinion to another doctor as I felt my concerns were not being addressed by him and I am very glad I did
Was asked to put on a mask, which wasn't an issue, after a 30 minute wait Dr Sultana finally saw me. I advised her my symptoms, she advised me to keep my mask on. I presented with what I thought was a throat infection, however Dr Sultana did not some within 1 meter of me. Did not check glands, throat, ears, chest temperature or anything. Simply prescribed antibiotics without any thorough assessment. Very dissapointing, and lacking a significant duty of care. I will be making a for Mal complaint to appropriate authorities. As in previous comments, reception was lovely, but I'm there for my health. The Dr is being paid for a service, be by me or the government, is beside the point. In this case it was almost negligent.
I have been going here for sometime now & Dr Ullah is great & the receptionists are all lovely. Today however after a 40 minute wait for an appointment I made over a week ago , I was told by Dr Savas or should I say DR Savage in no uncertain terms that he wouldn’t do the procedure I had booked as he didn’t authorise it !! The appointment was made with him & extra time with the nurse . He was so rude, pulled up his screen to show me how busy he was & I was told to make another appointment, certainly won’t be with him !!! I guess a hazmat suit i& shield is more important to him than courtesy & a decent bedside manner .... I’d rather be sick than see him again ... maybe retirement is on the cards .
Josie Ramsden I have no idea what you ar eon about but i have seen both Dr Savas and DR Sultana and they are both really great Doctors and very nice a swell I have absolutely no qualms what soever with any of the doctors in this surgery. And the receptionist are all lovely and the place is spotlessly clean.
