Worst experience ever. The doctor charged us extra for a referral. We were the last appointment for the day and he clearly wanted us out of there. When I asked more questions he said I had to make a longer appointment, but I wasn’t informed of this when I booked my appointment online. Also, the medical centre had moved. Health engine had the wrong address. We learnt this the hard way. Please don’t go here if you want to have a positive experience. I never review things but I took the time for this. Also they charge a ridiculous amount of money for a 10 minute appointment.

Great practice, very busy so waiting times can vary. No complaints here. The Doctors are very knowledgeable. Staff are always nice and polite.

Shittiest medical center I've been to. Theres one good doctor here, and she only works Tuesdays. The wait time is unbelievable lengthy, and the pathologist turns people away, 15 minutes before he finishes. Dont yo here. There are better places in morley.

One receptionist is usually always friendly, though I don't know her name. Waiting time tend to be long, appointments are quite different from other practices since it's bulk-billing (it's not an on-time appointment). GPs' attitudes vary depending on the person. For female doctors, I recommend Dr. Anushiya Janarthan and Dr. Smitha Pillay. Both women were very helpful, friendly, and thorough. The toilet isn't that bad, but hygiene can be improved in the building overall. Conclusion: + Good doctors (depends on the person) + Helpful receptionist (one of them) - Long waiting time, not fit for working people who have a strict schedule

This clinic's other team members are all good one of the receptionists is not good. she doesn't know how to do customer service. she is so fucking annoyed with the customers. The manager of this clinic must change her position because she can't do any customer service. I think she is about 40 or 45 years old.
