I do not feel like I was given appropriate healthcare at this clinic.

Please stay away from G.P. H Zhao, she has missed treated me multiple times, one time so critical I ended up in the hospital Due to her mistreatment. I would never recommend this G.P. to anyone. She is rude and just wants to get patients in and out in record time and I felt she doesn’t care or want to be there. The other G.P. Dr. Ho or Dr sowerby are absolutely fantastic and couldn’t recommend them enough.

They really shouldn’t say that they are open till 6 if they take allow people to come in only by 5. Extremely unprofessional, atleast the one I had the misfortune to meet was. Will NOT recommend due to sheer lack of care for patients. I had a bad time catching my breath when the staff looked at me with annoyance while speaking to her colleague halfway through sentences. The last thing you would expect from a clinic is to be spoken to this way in the moment of a crisis.

Absolutely stoked with the staff and Dr at this clinic, cannot recommend them more highly. I required a small surgical procedure which was completed quickly and professionally. I should also mention that I'm from interstate and a new patient - both of which presented no problems.

Really appreciative of a walk in open on a public holiday. Arrived when they opened so only had a half hour wait, receptionist and doctor were great
