Was placed in a room away from waiting area due to not wanting to be coughing in public. Didn’t have to wait long before being seen by my doctor. Clear diagnosis with script given & qml test referral.nStaff at the reception were helpful too.
Great service by Doctor Liam Carroll, I was very impressed, he was very thorough. I was not impressed with the way my appointment and information was handled. The operator told me there were two appointments and informed me of the times, I preferred the earlier time when I said I was new to the practice she asked me to hold. When she returned she informed me there was now only one appointment left and it was the latter. I was then sent a link which asked for my name, address, contact numbers, medicare number and other personal information, not to mention an online signature. When I arrived at the surgery I had to go through it all again, write down the same information, a complete double up.
My first time visit was a welcome experience.The reception was very warm and friendly.Doctor Carroll was beyond my expectations, very easy to talk to and very professional.
The staff and doctors at this practice are absolutely fantastic. Always very pleasant professional and rarely do i have to wait for my appointment. I always walk away satisfied
Dr Liam Carroll is a credit to his profession . He always gives u time to talk and explain , listens well , and then provides great direction based of his wealth of medical knowledge , thank u
