At Fulham General Practitioners our dedicated team of doctors, nurses and support staff is here to help you. Fulham GP (or Fulham Medical Centre) is owned and operated by local doctors who's focus in on expert patient care in all aspects of family medicine. Our waiting rooms include train tables and fish tanks to help entertain the children. Fulham has also recently introduced the option to book appointments online. Fulham welcomes you to our practice and aims to provide the best possible patient care for you and your family.

Nurse Su was lovely. She took my blood pressure very carefully, measured my height and weight, and made the whole process feel comfortable. She had a really nice smile the entire time and a very caring manner. Thank you for the great service!
Worst clinic I have ever been to. If you are considering attending this clinic, I would strongly advise against booking an appointment with Dr. Mun Ye Chan. On every occasion, I have waited between 45–60 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. During consultations, my concerns were not thoroughly addressed, and the appointments seemed rushed. I wish the same urgency had been applied to an urgent GP report for my chronic pain referral, which took almost a month to be completed. I did not receive detailed explanations or thoughtful recommendations regarding my care. Instead, treatment was largely centred on prescribing medication rather than thoroughly assessing concerns or considering alternative options. Additionally, I found the communication style, both in person and in written GP reports, to be dismissive, rude and lacking professionalism. Overall, my experience left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a patient.
Highly recommend Fulham GP for anyone looking for a regular GP practice. I always leave my appointments feeling heard and looked after. The wait can be long at times, but does not subtract from the great care I always receive
As an 8-year client, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the receptionist. When I inquired about scheduling simultaneous vaccinations, I was dismissed and told to ask the doctor. To make matters worse, I overheard her complain about having three people waiting for her, completely disregarding my concerns.nnWhile I respect the doctor’s care, the receptionist’s behavior is unacceptable. As the first point of contact, basic customer service skills are essential, yet these were clearly lacking. This experience has made me question the overall standard of service at this practice. I can no longer continue supporting a practice that tolerates such poor front desk service. thank you .

I arrived seeking immediate medical attention for a severe hand injury, which I sustained while cutting bread. The wound was deep, and I was experiencing significant pain and distress.nnUpon arrival, I approached the receptionist, a woman with long hair, for assistance. I was informed that I needed an appointment, to which I explained the urgency of my situation. Despite my condition, I was told that neither a nurse nor a doctor could see me because I was not a registered patient. I pleaded for help, but my request was denied. I was then advised to go to the emergency department, but I informed the receptionist that I was unable to drive due to my injury. She instructed me to wait outside, citing my bleeding as the reason for not allowing me to sit inside, despite my efforts to contain the blood with paper towels. When I asked why I couldn't wait inside, she raised her voice at me and dismissed my concerns. Other patients present expressed sympathy for my situation, but I was still told to go to the pharmacy for assistance.nnThis treatment was not only unprofessional but also deeply distressing. I felt abandoned and dehumanized during a time when I was in urgent need of care.nnI request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action to ensure that no other patient experiences such neglect and mistreatment.
