It’s a shame there isn’t a minus star. This place would get -5. The worst medical center I’ve ever been to. First I booked in online for a 2.50pm appointment and when I arrived I was not acknowledged by the incredibly rude receptionist. When I did have the honour of her attention, I asked if the doctor was on time I was told she didn’t start work till 3.30. The place is filthy and depressing. Of course I left and will be going back to my regular doctor.

On the website it says they are open till 10pm but doesn’t matter what time you go after 7pm they always say the doctor can’t see you because we are busy. Specially the receptionist ( surya or sirya ) she is very rude and Doesn’t want to serve anyone after 7pm. I strongly recommend everyone to do not go there because are not going to serve you after 7pm.

I had sutures here and was told by Doctor to see the nurse a few days later to change dressing, when I called for appointment I was told by receptionist I would have to see Doctor first, so I explained again that the Doctor wanted the nurse to change the dressing after a few days, but gave up. I definitely do not have a problem with the Doctor or the Nurse but reception is different, will not go there again.

It's bulk bill but a very long wait. I had to wait for 2 hours to see a doctor. The place opens 7 days, which is helpful.

Yes finally can book online appointments for gps!!! But they need to learn how to keep app times....Not happy booked but still over 1 he late..Not good enough
