I'm glad I found this place. Positive experiences everytime I've been! Staff & doctors are always happy and kind. Appointments are on time but otherwise the wait isn't long at all. I've only ever seen one doctor here – Dr. Deirdre O'Shea is really great, she's helpful, kind and caring. A doctor that listens to you and then gives you thorough advice on what you can do. Making sure you are taken care of before you leave. Will happily continue coming here.

This is a really great practice - Dr.deirdre o’shea is amazing.
She’s so lovely , non judgemental , down to earth and really happy to help - i recommend her to everyone. 
Honestly I wouldn’t want to go to another doctor - she’s the best one I’ve ever been too. :)

A Great practice I would definitely recommend. 
Doctors are very knowledgeable and great with kids. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. And always on time with my appointments.

Just wanted to ask a question, is this the new surgery next to the caravan park. If it is, I would like to try as iam looking for a new doctor for mysel, my 90 year old mother, husband and possibly my son.

When we arrived for appointment in the last two times (1 for myself and 1 for my hubby), we were both told that we were booked for a different time of that day. Really? On both occasions?? We didn't insist as at the end of the day it's our words against the receptionist whom took our bookings over the phone, but if they have the system generated confirmation sent by SMS or email to patients like many other medical practices do nowadays there won't be such disputes any more. Separately, we recently moved from south to north of river so we registered with Highland Medical. I used to get 3 bottles of medicines on 1 prescription from my previous doctor south of river. But when I took my 1st prescription from this practice to pharmacy I was told they only prescribed me 1 bottle at the same charge of a prescription. Told the pharmacist who then contacted the doctor, and after a couple back and forth the doctor then changed the proscription to allow me to get 3 bottles. So my experience with this practice is not so pleasant thus far.
