First time here doing Drug & Alcohol test early morning appointment at 7.20am, arrived at 7am. Plenty of parking, 2 receptionists were there.nAfter reading all the reviews I was sceptical and thought I was going to be late for my next appointment. Surprisingly I was done by 7.25am.

Wife has had an operation and was told that she should see GP within seven days. Tried booking online but 9th Jan was the earliest so went into the clinic only to be told that they are all on holiday until 6th Jan 25, what about looking after your patients and having a skeleton crew on? We are now your ex patients after 19 years, called into a more local doctor who was happy to oblige and book the consultation with the wife

Why book people in for example 9am.  They come early for paperwork then you leave them sitting in waiting room way past their appointment time.  If timing is such an issue for you then why book so many people in at the same appointment times.    Surely it's not that hard to work out

My experience was far from satisfactory, and I wanted to bring some concerns to your attention.During my visit, I had to wait for an exceptionally long period of time, more than three hours. This extended wait time was both frustrating and uncomfortable.I understand that delays can occur in healthcare settings, but such a lengthy wait has left me with a negative impression of your clinic's efficiency and customer service.

Useless to have a booking you will still have to wait 3 hours.
