Hello As with the majority of reviews, my experience is as follows: - Staff are kind and helpful to all - The practice is severely over booked - Wait times are in excess of two hours - My appointment was 9:15 and I arrived 5mins early. It’s currently 11:40 - I am waiting to see the doctor. - There should not be appointment times if they cannot be maintained within reason. - I will endeavour to fill in the ‘official complaint’ form that Sonic Health uses. In it I will ask their management and owners to have a look at the google reviews, be customer focused and not money focused. - If you are from HR of a company sending their workers…..please consider an alternate practice. Thanks

Very poor time management.  Don't plan on booking anything elsewhere.. 1hr30 appointment turned in to 3+hrs..

Don't expect to run on time. Terribly late for a basic medical appointment. Over 2hr waiting.

Poor customer services from reception and the other staffs. One of the worse time management I've seen. My appointment was at 7.40am and now it's  9.38am, I'm still waiting.  I would rather travel to a much further location next time. So disappointing

Reception staff give zero fecks about time keeping or customer service - my appointment was 40 mins late, even thought it was scheduled first thing in the morning. Nurse and Doctor were good, but it's really let down by reception staff.

40 minutes wait for a five minute drug swab, despite booking first morning slot available. Lots of staff in the corridors, but not taking any patients. No respect for people's time or urgency to get anything done. They live of corporate clients sending people to them, so no need for customer service.

I've done a lot of worksite medicals and this place is by far the worst experience I've had. Kept me waiting for a long period even though I arrived early fro my appointment and then the person who took my urine sample deemed it too dilute and disposed of it without getting a second opinion. I had only drank one cup of tea and one glass of water in the hours leading up to the medical so I know that it wasn't dilute but the lady was having none of it.

Had a 9:30 booking for a medical, sat in waiting room for an hour before I saw anyone, they are clearly taking on too many booking will travel further in future as to not waste half a day

Poor time management,  Came in for 7.40 medical and still waiting here at 9 am 50 min appointment took 2 hours

Was booked for 12:20 and it’s 1:1pm and still waiting for my test to be done. They are overbooking clients and don’t care about time
