Very convenient 7 days and early to late and have found a friendly quality doctor who I am prepared to wait for. They bulk bill and if you choose your time (non peak) the wait is no different to other clinics that charge $35-$40 on top of medicare. CT Scan done on medicare.

The doctors are great. Seriously need to do something about the receptionist you have working on the Saturday. She is rude and has a line of 20 people waiting for HER not the doctors, I've not experienced this with any of the other receptionists that work at this location. I've been there on days where the car park is full and been seen by the reception straight away and waited for the doctor (understandable).

Very very bad customer service of one of the Receptionist she is so rude👎, seriously you gotta do something about it also waiting is too long I have to wait for one and a half hours but that is not the worse when you pick a doctor even if you just arrive doctor will give you priority as soon as he/she is available so practically you don’t have to wait as other people who come first (like me) advise pick any doctor  at reception. Unfortunately I have to wait because my baby got sick at night 😔

Doctors are more experienced compared to other clinics which are bulk billed.

Only walk ins, no appointments. That means you wait for anywhere between 15 mins to 3 hours. My average waiting time has been about 1.5 hours, which is also the reason why I stopped going here. I'd prefer to go to another clinic where I don't have hang around other sick people, usually with my family, for 1.5 hours.

Would go to this place only if I'm desperate, or want to use other services from them (X-ray, scanning, etc.).

Toilets are probably only cleaned once in a day. For a medical clinic, that's bad practice.

Wish it had free WiFi facility, so I could at least keep my kid entertained while waiting all that time.

If you step out when they call your name.m, you're risking going to the back of the queue.

Bottomline - experienced doctors, nice facilities, nice location, plenty car park.

Went for free flu shot 27/03/18 ..(I am approved to have free flu shot).. I was told by the chemist,at Cannington med centre (,not the doctor, who SHOULD have told me , that the free flu shots were NOT YET available) that the ONLY flu shots they had were for sale.. cost $20+... free shots not available , for another 2 WEEKS??     At SOME CHEMISTS THEY SELL FOR $10+. Soon. /  Some of these doctors are not on the ball at this practice..
