A 5 stars to public service? I NEVER DID. A big thank you to maternity ward team and all members who works in the kitchen. I was so impressed by the meals that you served. One of the midwife was popping into my room every 2 or 3 hours i would say as soon as she free. I went into sleep whilst feeding my lil one i was so tired. She popped in and noticed that baby still in my arm she then put the baby into bassinet slow and quietly.

I was so impressed with the service, professionalism of all the Staff. I couldn't fault my stay. Thank you to Dr Hurworth Orthopaedic surgeon who did a fantastic job. Very grateful we have a fantastic public system.

My husband has has a very bad experience with this hospital. He was referred there as emergency by his GP. There was so much mis communication between doctors and staff it was unbelievable. The first night they struggled to diagnose what was wrong with him ... so at 1am in the morning tried to send a sick man home in a taxi with a prescription for antibiotics !!!!!! In 2 days he received no warm food... Just a cold sandwich and 1 cup of tea because I asked for it.. TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND DISSAPOINTED ...... it would receive no stars from me !!!!!!!

Took my 3 yr old to Armadale Emergency on Monday (referred by GP). Armadale obnoxiously discharged as mystery viral infection. Did no tests or investigations. Admitted to Fiona Stanley 2 days later with a STREP INFECTION (bacterial) requiring IV antibiotics. Will be reporting to AHPRA.

I went to the Emergency department a while ago with my son and the nurses there were outstanding. I cannot fault this place. Shout out to the kiwi nurse name Steph for the way she handled my son suffering from asthma attack. Really professional and lovely. I would go back there again. Maybe some of the Drs can learn from the nurses bedside manners though.
