Alex Zhang was exceptionally helpful yesterday. We came late in the day and whilst they had other problems going on, he recognised that we needed help and made time to sit with us and sort out some stuff. Very professional and friendly albeit having a busy and stressful day!!
I was a little bit late for my appointment this morning so I rushed into the hall in hurry while there was another lady entering the gate at the same time,a man ,who was standing behind the service counter,rudely asked me to hold on with a perfectly straight face. I don’t think it’s polite ,respectful and professional to a customer as an receptionist especially face to a new one who visits their branch first time . I felt uncomfortable. By the way,the bank staff was nice.

Not enough tellers so queues are always long. Appalling lack of respect for clients. Take a packed lunch.
I had called up earlier to ask if they could help. But I reached the bank 2 mins after 5pm. The bank staff came out right from inside, opened the door to me to be rude, said she had told me she will not open the door after 5 pm. She would rather just not open the door at all. I was not there to see her piled up frustrations.
Went into get some documents certified and I received the best customer service today! Very impressed!
I am so disappointed with Westpac Pacific Fair I have made 7 phone call in 1 hour a recording says a team member will be with you shortly not a return call not a staff member picked up and answered my call if this is how you treat a customer it is pathetic is today’s business world.
Holly and Catriona at this branch were unbelievably helpful! What an asset for Westpac they are.
We always use WESTPAC for all our business.
Staff are exceptionally helpful.
