Arrived 1 hour before closing and they didn’t have enough people on to be able to assist us to open an account and were unwilling to verify ID documents so we could do it on the phone or internet. Woman serving us became rude and aggressive when we pointed out that they should be able to provide this service an hour before closing. Won’t be using commbank

They never have all tellers on and always have a queue. The front service lady doesn't serve a purpose when she should open another counter.  Not good enough

As a family who have only lived here eight months we were super impressed by the customer service we have received from this bank and in particular this branch.  Nothing has been too much for them with their can do attitude.  Really great service.
