Terrible customer service. Every time that I need to go there I wait at least 30 min. In the line. The atendant was so rude and wasn't capable to answer a simply yes or no question.
Had the loveliest customer service experience this morning at front desk and then with Sarah. They were helpful, to the point and I basically walked in and out all ready for my holiday overseas!
Honestly some horrid customer service from the older man who I’d presume is some sort of middle management. Truly avoid this branch and this man if possible.
Can’t believe you need to make an appointment to make an account to deposit large amount of cash. Teller told us he had an appointment in 10minutes so couldn’t help. Crazy times. Off to BOQ with our cash
