What a joke! Would not give me 10 coin bags as I wanted to cash in my boys money box. Terrible customer service. I need to re finance next month and won’t be coming here to my local bank . That is for sure.
Horrible incommunicative rude service, Not adhering to COVID precautions when they were in place. Locked my money up for over 6 months. Recently when I was finally able to transfer the money out and close the account they would not give me a receipt to confirm where the money had gone to. Never using Bendigo Bank ever again!
I have bank with the team at Bendigo Varisty Lakes for a few years now and could be happier with the service. Alana the manager also goes above and beyond to sort any finance or banking related matter for me and my business. Thanks for all you helps as always
