Customer service for corporate banking is limited, no active solutions other than advising to call the corporate credit card phone number.
Alicia was so helpful and warm. She made my appointment experience so blissful and easy.
Was spoken to rudely by a customer service member on Saturday 23rd of April 2022 at 12.30pm. To make things worse the customer service member is designed to help people. No hello? No how can I help you? Just a blunt 'the line is over there!' To make things worse I didn't actually ask her anything. I was trying to find the ATM that accepts checks. CommBank really need to work on their customer service. I have banked with CommBank for more than 20 years and have home loans with the bank. One of the reasons I bank with CommBank is because of the customer service. If I want get spoken to poorly I'm sure a bank with less fees and charges will take my business!!!!!
Couldn’t find the Bank. Not where every other bank is in the shopping centre. Google maps said it was on the opposite side of the mall. Walked half way there with my elderly Mom and went ahead only to find Google Maps doesn’t even know where the bank.

Michael Payne the home loan specialist was nice and informative at the beginning before I used their bank for a home loan. Once I got the loan set up, he has been unresponsive to my follow-up questions. He wouldn't answer my emails or calls. I got sucked in to their home loan and bad service. Now I want to turn to a different bank.
I don't find the phone service offered by Commbank very user friendly or well thought out. As such, I took my business to the bank in person. Kiara is a customer service superstar. I got my details updated and sorted out within 5 minutes of entering the bank. I am confident that Commbank is as good as banking services get in Aus.
Went to the branch on 17/06/22 around 11:45, customer service members was very rude. Won't recommend go there.
