Appalling service. I wanted to upload a document to my account file and add a signatory to my account......i walked out after 2  bank staff told me all the reasons i couldnt do either. Thank goodness for John at Commbank Mermaid Waters that did it all and there were no reasons for not being able to do either. I would NEVER go to Commbank Robina unless i was to use the machines in the wall.

Suggestion how this branch can save money.....remove one of the teller desks. Only EVER one person serving while two concierges stand idly by watching the front door. Bring on the Royal Commission!

What a joke! One teller and a long queue. I spoke to the Manager Dallas who didnt listen to a word I said. Why cant she come out and help clear the backlog  why only one teller. The old branch had four tellers. The teller today told me they field lots of complaints every day.
Clearly CBA management doesnt care
