The team at BOQ Robina is always friendly and helpful. I have to point out Hanna who guided me through the process from start to finish. She was there every step of the way and presented her self in a professional manor. I would recommend Hanna for all your financial needs.
Bank manger verbally approved $115,000 for us to construct a granny flat. Bank manager then advised us to take $20,000 of this amount to start council prelim documents he suggested this would save us in interest whilst waiting for council construction approval,and once approved we could get the balance for construction. Construction was approved we approached bank manager for the balance in which we got denied for the remaining balance. We received bad advice from the bank managet now leaving us in a $20 000 debt to the bank with no construction going on to help us pay back the money. Our financial situation had not changed since first discussion with the bank manager,so we are still not sure why he would tell us we could borrow that amount and put us in this position of being in $20,000 debt with nothing to show for it. I would reccommend to not to deal with the robina branch boq.

Great staff, that take a genuine interest in one's banking concerns. They make you feel important and nothing is a trouble to them. The staff are the main reason that I bank with Robina Branch. Deep up the good work. Doug Stuart
Absolutely terrible service. Would not recommend. Booked an appointment a week in advance to discuss home loans, specialist completely had completely forgotten about it. Eventually spoke to bank manager who was unprepared for the meeting, had no idea what HECS was, spent 15 minutes of consultation googling. Despite all that, was unable to provide me an accurate estimation of how much I could borrow- promised to email me back with more information. Its been 3 weeks and I still haven't been contacted. Complete waste of my time.
I must agree with the prevous reviewer however 1 star is a bit rough. I have been in a few times and they definitely need to work on their customer service. This is a wake up call Ladies, lets remember who pays your wages, the CUSTOMER !
I’ve been a client of BOQ for a long time…..I find the team at BOQ welcoming, they always remember my name I’ve lived at Nerang, Currumbin and now at Carsity Lakes for 15?years….. and have continued to bank at Robina ……
Great bank, I can walk in the door and speak to someone who can help me with my needs. If you are after a local bank who cares about you then this is the one for you.
