I only want to update my changed of initial I have all original IDs and my marriage contract but this chinese guy who helped me was so rude questioning me about my marriage contract names?? all I want is a change of name ! and he is getting angry coz he dont want to listened to my explanations. So I have to show all my other bankcards and credit card and private insurance “saying to him I only want to change my middle initial on my ANZ card you giving me a hard time??” then he became calm! what a discrimination!! worst Ive ever been!. I have to closed my account.
Numpty teller today. Been in many times and now I need the teller. Went straight to teller with no line. No you need to talk to some person at the front first. Into line . Wait wait wait. Oh straight back to teller line for thing I was there before.
Machine would not accept a cheque. On Saturday staff unable to help either. Useless. Banks are useless if they are not functional for a customer. Why be open?
Misbehaving debit card needed a PIN change and was subsequently "eaten" by the ATM. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful
Should have read reviews before opening accounts. Tellers always make me feel like I'm doing them a favour by going into the bank. Saturdays...don't even try. Today I called about bridging finance. Waited 30 mins and spoke to a lady who didn't now what a bridging loan was. She then said she'd transfer me to a different department. Unfortunately I went back into the original queue I was in before. So waited. Same result. No idea what a bridging loan was...transfer...back in queue. I gave up at that point. An hour of my time. Where do I send the bill? What was hilarious was that the last song that played was "You drive me crazy". Can't make that up. Very appropriate I thought.
Team have been continually unresponsive, disrespectful and exhibit profound incompetence in assisting my clients with setting up their business banking facilities. Cannot recommend. Go to Burleigh branch for marginally better service, or choose a different bank entirely.
I work for a buisness in the Robina center and we use ANZ for business banking. Either my staff or myself must visit the bank a few times a week, the teller is often short or ontop makes rude comments too. Being told that we arent good at math, we need to slow down, that we have to many buisness deposits is insulting. As someone that works with customers I understand how frustrating people can be, but to be make sly comments is completely unacceptable customer service.
ANZ has cancelled my travel rewards. They are calling the redirection of these funds a “complimentary trip”. No. I have spent money on my credit card on purpose. The “travel adventures”. Is not answering any calls. They don’t have call back service. This...is happening to thousands of people right now. They have just decided to cancel without my permission, a major part of why I have this credit card. I’ve been working on this for years. Going into the store doesn’t work, you must call the hotline.
Tried to deposit a cheque from my uncle in the UK. Teller wouldn't let me do it because it didn't have my middle name written on it. Expected my uncle who is in his 90's to go back out into the community during the pandemic. Eventually he figured out that I didn't cash it so did go back out and sent it again. Postal delays meant the cheque was lost, he had to go out during the pandemic again. Eventually the third cheque arrived, I went to Robina again, tried to deposit it and they've told me they can't do it because they only wont operate the tellers on Saturdays, so they've asked me to send my 90 year old uncle out again to send it in another format. Either that or I need to have a day off from my prac placement at uni just to go to the bank, or wait another 2 months until my prac is over. It's now August, I tried to deposit this cheque back in February.
To the young Caucasian boy who thinks his time is too precious. Laziest bank teller I’ve ever come across. Saying “it’s too complicated” when all you needed to do was convert money and put it in my accounts. I take back my apology for it being “too difficult” because at the end of the day it is your job to assist your customers with the best service and the best outcome you can and not say it’s “too confusing” and huff & puff because you can’t be bothered. Worst service ever. Ridiculous. If the money were all AUD I would’ve used the Smart ATMS. Services would’ve been better.
