Commonwealth Bank

I've lived in mudgeeraba for nearly 25 years and have watched the decline of decent staff at this branch occur for the last couple of years. I've been back every week for the last 4 weeks for various issues and have been met with rude condescending staff, making me feel as though I am to blame for the issues or mistakes on commonwealth banks end. I will not be returning to this particular branch again. Bring back Sharon, she made the place.

Just received an email from morgan reasearch asking me to participate in a survey about my recent visit to the mudgeeraba branch--WHY?Did u give them my email address?--how did they know i had been to your branch?Morgan research says the cmlth bank has engaged them to undertake research--huh? Is this a scam or what ?. If u have given them ANY info. about me---referring the matter to the banking ombudsman and the privacy commissioner.

If you have to go to a bank..... Then it's not bad, but the elderly lady at the customer service desk was extremely rude. Spoke to me like I should have know what I was talking about and glared at me as I walked in. Maybe she has a problem with youth. Cause she seemed to treat the older lady after me with more respect. Very unhappy usually there is a younger girl in there that's very helpful and kind but this was shocking!
