Friendly staff, poky size rooms, but comfy , has launderette, near freeway so can get to city n other parts of Melbourne easy n quickly reasonably priced. Good place to stay for cheap night out, or bridging between places

Stayed a week and staff were very helpful. Nothing flash but had all you would need to get by. Room cleaned and fresh toiletries daily by staff.

Plaster in room badly patched. Milk in fridge frozen. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom dirty and oudated and water damage evident. Planes noisy and constantly flying overhead.

Dirty cups, toasters on floor. Gravel drives. Badly designed room with bathroom at front door. Unfriendly, morose reception. Live and dead bugs on floor and bed then ceiling and us! 24/7 onsite cafe closed all weekend from 1pm. Maintenance and gardrening make this 1920s style place seem older and totally understandable ? The cups had lip and dribble marks from ptr
