BUDGET CABIN # DON'T #nthe room needs updating is very old and not great...nBlinds didn't block out light, needs curtains... the main door had a blind that dint work at all ... in the flight path and could here the kids next door banging on the floor .... glad to get home...nThe only positive was the bed & shower was good.nUpgrade to a better cabin and check first before taking it ...
Had a great 6 night stay at Discovery Parks Braybrook. Nice standard sites up to deluxe units, very impressive. We had a powered site with ensuite. Sites are large, ours was fully tarmac so a bit tricky with the annex. Ensuite has been modernized and lovely and clean. Lovely vanity and shower looks new.nFacilities were great. Used the laundry $5 for washing or drying, takes $1 & $2 coins. Swimming pool, BBQs, large camp kitchen / dining hall. As well as a TV and recreation room! Vending machines with drinks and snacks. Asian supermarket, bakery and Chemist two minutes walk away.nTwo dump points and amenity block.nRoad noise but you're right in the city so to be expected.nI would not hesitate to stay here again.
Lovely little park. Reception staff very friendly.nStayed in cabin 201. Was nice and clean and spacious. Has 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and TV's. Would be perfect for two couples traveling together.nStraight forward drive to the Airport.nWould definitely stay again.
Stay just for a quick stay as we check in late.nJust take the key from the box and off u go.nEasy... didn't check anything else out but the cabin was very old. But got it for a cheap price so it's fine.
Discovery Parks Melbourne – Great Facilities, but Site 156 Floods in Heavy RainnnWe stayed in our caravan at site 156 and were impressed by the excellent facilities—clean, well-maintained, and family-friendly. The location is also convenient for exploring Melbourne.nnHowever, after heavy rain, 3–4 inches of water pooled at the entry to our van, making access difficult. If drainage were improved, it would be a 5-star stay. Otherwise, a fantastic park with plenty to offer!
