It was only a fleeting visit to the hotel as I was collecting my friends, who were guests. The bar staff were very friendly and accommodating and the beverages were delightful. The Australian Open was in full swing, as was the Australian Summer, so the addition of complimentary cool towels and bottled water was a wonderful added touch and I must thank the concierge for extending these to me, even though I was not actually staying in the hotel. It is such brilliant customer service that will convince us to stay here in future when in Melbourne, especially when we are attending a game at the Emirates Stadium.

Nice place, friendly staff. Only thing is the set up is strage. Can only turn bathroom light on from bedroom, and you need key card to get everywhere (elevator, hallway doors etc.) They just need to make it a little more clear using signs or user friendly.

Service is excellent by staff members. Room size is reasonable. Room view is stunning, it was facing the Bolte Bridge, at night the bridge was light up with rainbow colours. Booked a 2 double bed rooms online but end up getting a room with King size bed and a single. Same thing happens to my friend. I guess this hotel is very popular so always fully booked. Location is great, there is a big shopping area just right opposite of the hotel. Free tram ride to the city right in front of the hotel. There is a parking 200m from the hotel which costs less than the hotel parking.

Weekend getaway. Enjoyed it from the moment we stepped in the entrance. Great amenities with the Bar and Restaurant. Room was comfortable with a good bed. Area around Docklands is enjoyable. Just great. Will be back.

Nice hotel located in Docklands near The District outlet shops and Melbourne Wheel. Tram line outside door, free trip into city. Rooms are clean & comfortable with city or Docklands views. Only downside is this location is a bit isolated, Docklands can seem a bit austere & boring. Taxis also not easy seems can wait too long.
