First time customer and definitely will be returning. Staff were friendly. We came on Tuesday and Tuesday is steak night, scotch fillet was only $19 with chips and salad. Super surprised the sauce was really good, the steak did have a little too much char taste ( a little over powering) but some might like it (def will ask for a tad less char if possible) , and the quality of the meat was good for the price esp for a pub meal ! Kudos to the chef and staff !

Quiet and modern amenities. The air condition in the room was a bit loud though. Meals at the pub are nice. My kids and I love it. Drinks on the other hand is overpriced. Oh well, still isn't that bad for a first and last try.

Great hotel, friendly staff, great service, awesome room... Quiet and modern amenities... Recommended stay. Ask for Dora at reception, she's great to deal with. :)

I ate at Glengala last week for dinner with my kids. The food was great, restaurant was surprisingly clean and staff were friendly. All besides one specific staff member. I believe she was the manager on duty, sh was an older lady with white hair and wasn’t in the same uniform as other staff. I believe her name badge started with M to narrow it down. Someone needs to remind her that it is also a family bistro!! Her attitude is unbelievable - she was swearing so much in front of my kids, to herself and towards her own staff!! I had to block my daughters ears at one point - not nice. She was inconsiderate to patrons, very rude to her staff and did not have a professional manner about her at all. Glengala, you would’ve got the full 5 stars if it weren’t for this one team member. Everyone and everything else was great though.
