Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Second time here and the staff are amazing, so accommodating and friendly. Every area from housekeepers to bar staff, betting area wonderful and welcoming people. A special thank you to the hotel manager Tony you made us feel at home. Cannot wait to come back. Thank you all for making our stay so special!

After 6 years the service is still customer focused. Beautiful views and plenty to offer. The only down fall is allowing smokers the best spots in the house??

Went for lunch today in the cafe bar area. Food looked like it had been returned and re-plated again. I have eaten here many times before and the food was 5 stars. We spent $50 and were told there is a no refund policy. Well I have a "leave a review policy". We were given a $25 voucher for the chicken burger we returned. What we really wanted was real food that was worth the price we paid. The duty manager did not come over so must have had more important issues than quality. We left hungry and will not eat again in the cafe bar as it is not worth the time or money. The staff were super friendly and very apologetic and cannot be faulted.

Always enjoy the tasty and we'll presented food; service is also great. As a local this is one of the best places to dine and bring friends.
