I had an excellent experience at Westwaters! The food was delicious, and everything was cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. I highly recommend trying their King Prawn Linguine – it was absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back! Would like thank to Chef Gene and the Kitchen staff well done guys!
Stopped for Birthday lunch in the Sports bar, was served the most repulsive steak. Disgusting food. Both meals arrived looking grey and overcooked, no seasoning. Salad drenched in oil was repulsive. Meat was not season or grilled. Looked like a microwave meal. Truly gross. Ridiculously over priced steak that wasn't worthy of consuming. Cannot recommend the steak at this facility.
Last night was fantastic! We had a large group there 15 celebrating my mum’s birthday and the young lady forgive me I didn’t get her name was excellent couldn’t be more accommodating.. also special mention to Kristopher at the Bar he was great too! Food & atmosphere just lovely
5 of us had lunch there on Sunday. The food was ok, salads need some work, 1 cherry tomato is not enough! We we're serviced quickly to start with, then nothing, our plates stayed on our table for over 1 hour, with multiple staff walking passed the table. Trying to get staff to notice us to get some more drinks and dessert was a joke. Will be not coming back if that's the service you offer!
We go to the restaurant at least once a week because it’s walking distance from homenBut after last night that will stop nownThe problem is they can’t cook eye fillet steak. They had 2 goes of it last night and still got it wrong, cooking rare steak should not be hard to cook, so my partner couldn’t have any thing to eat except a few veggiesn2 hours to wait is not on .nThe lady manager did her best and was very nice but she’s up against it if your cooks can’t cook
