I had a blast celebrating my birthday at Billy’s Paddock Caroline Springs! Everything was exceptional from food to their service! Yuan and her staff went out of their way in assisting me and my family to pull off this party. I highly recommend Billy’s Paddock CS! A hidden gem in CS. Thoroughly enjoyed the pancakes and satay. Great service. The pancakes were soft and fluffy. Perfectly topped with dressing and gelato. The chicken satay was so tender and juicy. Five Stars Billy's .Food: 5/5

My husband and I had the most amazing breakfast here, food was sensational. I had the zucchini and corn fritters that honestly was the best dine in breakfast meal I have ever had.Food: 5/5

I have come here a number of times. Today I had Belgian waffles. It tastes really good however, the waffles were a tad too crunchy for me. I personally prefer waffles that's crispy on the outside and a bit spongy on the inside.  Edited 1 June 2023: The fisherman combo special for Tuesdays is lovely. The fish could have a bit more spices/flavors, though. The rest tastes really good.

I love coming here for breakfast.  Staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and the restaurant is very clean. The service provided and  dedication towards your customers  to ensure a memorable dinning experience, have not gone unnoticed.Food: 5/5

You come here and you know exactly what you get, family friendly place, good size portions, everything looks fresh to me. The food  is not truly outstanding neither fancy, but it’s more than ok and it tastes good. Prices are reasonable, easy abundant parking area and all the shops are next door  Coles, Woolworths, K Mart etc. I come back here from time to time, of course I recommend it to try. If the place is busy, it might take a while for someone to pickup your order, but nothing too bad. If you’re a smoker, there’s a comfortable area for you, where you can sit and then come back to your table.  Little recommendation to the staff: when picking up the plate or the coffee cup from the table, it would be appreciated if you ask first if it’s finished. Maybe the customer was holding a last bite or a last sip and you take it away.  Parking: Check out my comment where I refer to parking
