I recently visited N°9 cafe and was impressed by the smooth and well-balanced flavor of their coffee. The beans were expertly roasted, resulting in a cup that was both satisfying and easy to drink. The atmosphere of the cafe was bright and airy, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The seating was comfortable and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend N°9 cafe to anyone looking for a high-quality cup of coffee in a welcoming and bright atmosphere.
It is a little nook where you can enjoy solitude or big company, depending on the time of the day. Away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping centre, yet so close to it. Regular customers can leave their card on the entrance wall, so you never forget it at home, and therefore enjoy a free drink as you collect number of drinks. They are also catering for different dietary needs. The barrista made a shape of a cat on the coffee, I was impressed. Vegetarian options: There is a variety of vegetarian and vegan options and they are happy to tweak the menu. Parking: There is parking on the road next to the shop, or you can park in the shopping centre area, just across the road. Wheelchair accessibility: From the footpath to the shop there are no stairs, so a wheelchair can go straight in. Dietary restrictions: GF, V available
Coffee review on request due to change in beans* I have had fair few coffees here over the last few weeks long black - loooovee! Yesterday’s beans were nice too. However, my partner has ordered 2 iced lattes, yesterday and Saturday. He wasn’t very fussed on either, but yesterday in particular he said it was awful. He could only drink 2 sips and it ended up in the bin I tried some, it had a really different un-drinkable aftertaste I like the vibe here and can see this business doing well! Hence honest review
The coffee is delicious I keep coming back! Top quality coffee every time. The barista is a delight and staff are friendly and welcoming.
My partner and I have been going here for 4 months and they provide best service. My partner has tried the new coffee blend from Kenya and says it's top quality stuff.

The cafe is cute and modern and clean . If the menu mostly revolved around different toppings on toast, the toast MUST be of good quality which it just isn’t . If the bread were better it would be a win .
Finally some good coffee in Caroline Springs! Friendly service, decent pastry options. Didn't try the food but the menu looks solid
