Really like this place. An authentic Italian experience. The coffee is delicious, great beans and care in making it. I recommend the ice cream, it is awesome! This joint is always packed but not in a bad way, just full because it's a bit of a local's hangout. Easily accessible from the front door near first choice liquor. I wish they did big breakfasts here

Went to Tosacaninis for breakfast a few weeks ago. Ordered a latte and a pancake. I actually thought I had ordered pancakes but didn't read the board before ordering. The $10 price tag was for one pancake. When the food and coffee came it all looked pretty. A+ for presentation. Coffee and service were excellent. The pancake looked like a $10 pancake. Unfortunately it was not worth the price. Upon closer inspection the pancake was as thin as a crepe and the bottom was burnt. It was crunchy. It looked pretty though.

WHoaaaaaa this pace should be in toorak when you look at the menu prices!!!!! This would have to be one of the most expensive cafes in Melbourne for absolutely no reason...... The food is terrible quality and quantity the coffee literally tastes like it still has the dirt on it from when it was pulled out of the ground. Why this place gets busy at times likely due to the fact their is no other option!!!!

The pancake was undercooked and was just bland with fake maple syrup we asked for strawberries and the guy could hardly understand English. The big breakfast with cocktail sasuages was 20 dollars! The eggs were alright though and the hash brown was OK. Coffee took 15 minutes to come out but the quality was good. Good atmosphere
