The seating and tables are on the small and cramped side. There are only stools (sorry I like my backrest chair) but I guess it fully utilises the space. The table water glasses are jars which I don't mind, infact it's great to repurpose/recycle them but they are a little too big in my opinion. On the positive side the burgers and chips tasted fantastic. The shop was quiet and the food came out incredibly fast.

I'm not sure what causes food places downhill, but this is where this place is heading. I used to think that I arrived at busy times, but I don't think that's the case anymore. They claim that their buns are ordered fresh, but I haven't had a fresh one once (I buy brioche products so you're preaching to the choir). The mac & cheese used to be good, but the last 3 times the macaroni tastes like rubber and the cheese is bland which isnt good enough for a $3 add in. My 3pac loaded fries yesterday were beyond terrible. Considering how much smaller the portion is, the term 'loaded' is embarrassing. It looked like half the toping was missing, chips were so soggy and to make matters worse there was an eyelash found in the cheese sauce which went straight in the bin. This was my second straight extremely poor experience here and both times I was the only person being served so being so sloppy seemed to be more the characteristics/effort of the employees rather than what the food is like (other than the mac&cheese - way too old and bland). I wasn't happy to change my review but this place has been open long enough now.

Had a great burger and load fries shake was great as well. It was quite when we went and out order was ready incredibly fast. Not sure how they would go when busy.

This place started out alright but I went recently the quality of food has significantly dropped. The burgers were bland and floppy, the ribs were like cardboard - dry with no flavour, and the chips were just dank. I won't be going back...

Average food for a slightly high price in my opinion, it’s not often I compare burger places to fast food but I think hungry jacks is probably on par if not better (burger only). Their loaded fries were reasonably good. Burgers average.
