The service was excellent. I had to feed my 3 month daughter shortly after ordering, and the staff offered to keep my meal heated until I was ready. The staff were attentive, friendly and genuinely created a lovely atmosphere. The food was also really nice. Can’t wait to go back.

Venue was set up beautifully. Staff were very attentitve throughout the night and even went out of their way to bring the gluten free food platter over to me first. They kept me posted on the tab for the bar and every time I went to the bar they served me first because they know i was busy attending to my event. Would recommend get Starlight Room for formal functions. Also the food was amazing which is rare for functions catering.

Outstanding staff. The rooms are nice and very clean. The food is good. I have stayed here many times and have never had a bad experience.

Some of The staff are terrible which ruin the whole experience. When I called to make payment for a recent booking I Was accused of leaving rubbish in the room from my previous stay last year. I was never called about this so called “rubbish” left in the room after checking out & I am extremely offended by this accusation. I always leave a hotel room tidy , with any rubbish put in the bins provided!! Room service trays were left on the table in the room since we didn’t have anyone make up our room or come to collect trays in our 2 day stay. Very disappointing when I have stayed here on numerous occasions with no issue besides dealing with RUDE, UNWELCOMING staff like MARIA! Such a shame as it ruins a nice hotel which we enjoyed staying at. Would recommend Mercure Caroline Springs instead... nice rooms, with lovely staff! P.S- I will send through a direct email to Ben to address this matter further

Good rooms, very well cleaned and cosy. $5 for two bottles of water or $4 for mentos is a bit of a rip though. Good for an overnight stay
