This venue is an absolute disgrace. I was 100% sober, hadn’t touched a drop of alcohol, and still got refused entry for no valid reason. The security didn’t even bother explaining anythingnWhat makes it even more pathetic is that, as I was walking off, they welcomed two clearly messed-up, intoxicated people straight inside without a question. So a sober customer gets denied, but anyone who looks half-gone gets waved through? What kind of logic is that?nIf this is the level of professionalism they operate with, they don’t deserve customers at all. I’m never coming back, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about how ridiculous and inconsistent this place is.
Great venue, Sahil offers great customer care and we always feel welcome when we come down for a meal! We will continue to be repeat customers thanks to the friendly and efficient staff.
The curly blonde lady at the restaurant was very very rude. I was working with my client trying to get a senior dish and she was extremely rude from the beginning. I had been there with a big group of seniors and carers where also allowed to have senior price but this time she was just mad. I will never take my clients and groups there.
Saturday, i was at the kickboxing and the food took to long to come. And by the time it was served the food was cold wouldn't get food again. But the show was good.
Had my fathers 80th birthday party there last night, sahil went beyond to make sure everything was perfect, beautiful big venue, great food and service, thanks sahil
