I've never felt so welcomed by a stranger. The manager of the building Sam was outstanding and went above and to make my stay great from the moment I walked in.Rooms: 5/5

Room clean, bed comfortable.  Very noisy fan in bathroom.  And music playing all night, even after patrons left downstairs at 2am. No sleep at all! Disappointed as meant to be one room two ladies. But when we arrived one room each, no refund!

The stay was good and staff are really amazing I was very unlucky and my car got broken into and stuff was stolen not there fault but I wanted to warn others.

MJ & Milli are the best iv had the pleasure to do business/accommodation with. And always have a happy smile to greet you withRooms: 5/5

Staff were friendly, room was nice and clean.  Restaurant was nice, food was great.   Very close to Highpoint shopping centre, which was about a 5 minute drive,  and only about 20 minutes to the city.Rooms: 4/5

Customer service very poor. Mould in shower, food was tasty, but drink didn't come out until dessert and only after we asked twice for it. Bed was uncomfortable, and it seemed there was a double quilt in a king cover so there wasn't enough blankets. You also get a breakfast box containing: milk, small packet of cereal, a juice box and a bite size museli bar, which seems fine until you realise this is to SHARE!!! No lift access to rooms, you must walk up a flight of stairs. The best thing about this hotel was driving away the next morning.

Have been many times. Clean and comfy room. Really liked the service. A nice local area, with a really spacious sports bar below. Felt very safe  Drinks were very affordable with great specials! Had a nice win in the pokes as well.  Will return again!

Easy check in process , management and staff are very helpful . Will definitely come backRooms: 5/5

Second night I brought for dinner lamb shank with veg and mash potatoes  broccoli , carrots  It was sooo yummy  for $27 ... Would definitely recommend..Staff have been so kind friendly and inviting..Rooms: 5/5
