Room had a funky smell and very old used furniture. Toilet is tiny. Ok if you are in a bind n need a roof tho.

I actually live behind the Palms Motel. There isn't a single day that goes by that i don't hear arguments, swearing and obscenities. Whilst a place for needy residents (DHS clients predominately) the management don't do much to reign in the bad anti social behaviour. I often have rubbish thrown over into my yard and to my disgust I recently discovered someones soiled pants thrown over. Absolute pigs. No one should have to live like this. I am contacting the local government about this place as previous attempts to deal with the owners yields nothing at all.

Has all the amenities of your typical hotel. It's a hotel designed to assist people from all backgrounds. Not far from Footsgray train station and also close to all the major bus routes. The staff are very friendly and understanding.
