Incredible clinic. From the moment we walked into the door of the clinic, myself, and more importantly Kevin my problematic allergic inflicted dog, were treated with love, support and care that we have never experienced at any of our prior clinics. Jodi the receptionist is an absolute star. So efficient and a gorgeous lady to deal with. All of the vets and nurses are just as gorgeous, caring and super knowledgeable souls. Alison the head vet and owner is the best Vet I have ever met after nearly 50 years of dog ownership! Alison takes all the time to explain in great detail exactly what she is doing during the consult, which helps me understand how to help her help Kevin and give me an understanding to improve the quality of Kevin’s life. Could not recommend this clinic enough!! I will never go elsewhere!! Thanks Alison, Jodi, Katrina and all the wonderful animal carers I met today!! Big thumbs up Andrew and Kevin
Best vet I’ve ever been to! The vets, nurses and reception are always so lovely and helpful, and show so much genuine care with courtesy calls and regular check ins!nMy dog Toby loves the vet, often running into the clinic. He has had his whole doggy journey through the vet from puppy school to his yearly check ups. 10/10 recommend!!
After coming from a vet clinic that left me feeling quite traumatised and doubtful of my choices in caring for my beautiful hairy baby, changing to the Wantirna Vet Clinic was the best decision I could have made for both my dog Ricky and myself! And in just the right time!nIt has been an absolutely stressful month for Ricky and myself, but I know it would have been 10x more stressful if it had not been for the fantastic staff who took great care in Ricky's recovery for his broken tail!nnYou all show so much care in your work!nI was never judged or had unmovable assumptions made towards myself or Ricky, I felt really heard, seen and understood!nEverything was always explained to me in the easiest way! Especially in times where it was most difficult to hear.nKind hearts gentle hands is the perfect description! I couldn’t rate Wantirna Vet Clinic any higher! We were dreading taking our snappy pug, Hank, to see a vet as he isn’t the easiest with strangers. However, the way the team gained his trust and made him feel comfortable before examining him was truly amazing. The time and effort they put into determining what was wrong with him and how to fix it was impressive. Our vet, Alison, was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. We will definitely be recommending Wantirna Vet Clinic to everyone. Thank you so much for your wonderful care!
Today we brought our two Golden Retriever puppies to this clinic for the first time, and it’s safe to say the love, care, and passion for animals here are truly exceptional!nThe entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of smiles — you can really feel how much they care. Our puppies felt comfortable right away, and I’m sure they’ll always be happy to come back. nHighly recommended!
