Words cannot express how great the team at AEC were during my cats stay in the hospital emergency rooms. They kept me informed, updated during her stay and treated my furbaby with the up-most care at all times. Thanks so much!

Highly recommend never take pet there! Took our bird there at midnight cause couple times gasped for air wasn't very serious Was still very active flying eating etc and only young Took it there to get checked at midnight call at 7am they put it down! And could not even give a bloody straight answer just said oh the doctor said could of been this or this so put it down did not even call before that stupid decision was made they have just done it! And the bird was no where near a critical state was flying around very active and eating

NO STARS! Do not take your pet there.i had to take my dog there because it was after hours. I have never seen someone treat my poor tiny chihuahua i was shocked how roughly he stuck his finger so far up her recum untill she was totally hunched up and dug around so roughly then i was shocked how hard he squeezed her stomach throughout her examination she cryed and was so stressed she was handed back to me absolutely frantic i have never seen her treated so bad. He didnt know what was wrong with her for all i know he may have made her health worse. Took her to my regullar kind vet, Dr Jovanovic in Chelsea the next day

most unprofessional so called emergency establishment we have ever experienced.........our last two visits were a waste of time. After hours of waiting were told to go home and take your dog to your own vet the next day . Dog was taken to our own vet the next day with severe dehydration requiring hospitalisation.

I rushed our cat into this centre a few days ago as he was having difficulty passing urine. He was crying at home and it was upsetting for me to see. The vet and nurse attended to him immediately. The vet examined him and luckily he didn't have a blocked bladder but he had cystitis. They give him pain medication promptly for this. The staff are very kind, professional and reassuring. My cat is doing very well and I am so lucky that this 24hr hospital is close to home. So good that you can just go there, not fuss about making appointments and they are always open. *Highly recommend* The cat is recovered to :)
