Caring staff that will sympathise with you. Wouldn't trust our birds with any other vet. Very professional, but be prepared to wait a little while past your appointment time due to emergencies. Reasonable parking supplied. Still going here, nothing has changed except for a few more parking spots.

Not the cheapest, but service unlike any other I have experienced. From simple enquiries to sending a beloved family member overseas with us, rarely have I ever experienced such genuinely caring and patient service as that which we receive from Dr Phil and his nursing staff. Dr Phil always explains everything in detail and his staff welcome us, and our dog Kobi, so much that she actually likes going to the vet!

The best place to go for birds. My partner has been going here for over 10 years. Fantastic service. Excellent and friendly advice.

Dr Phil and the team are just awesome. They’re super knowledgeable and very friendly. Wouldn’t take my lorikeet & ringneck anywhere else!

The Doctors and the Staff at The Bird Vet Clinic have done amazing job to look after my Budgie since September 2015. My Budgie has ongoing issues with his eye feathers. Their treatment, knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, compassion & attention to detail is first class. I highly recommend their services to any person who loves their pet and requires medical or behavioural assistance.
