The best veterinary clinic I have ever had the pleasure of bringing my dog to. The staff are extremely friendly, calm, reassuring and helpful. My dog tore a nail on a walk, i brought him in and they took him in right away. I believe it was the practise manager or nurse that I was dealing with she was so lovely and communicative, telling me each step of the process and giving me updates while they had him in the back to clean up the area and have him assessed by a vet. The vet was also very knowledgeable and helpful, they had my dog looked at by two vets for multiple opinions which really reassured me that he was in good care. They were also very affordable for the level of service.
Dr Sabrina is the best veterinarian I’ve never seen before! She has done the great job for Tank! She is professional and patient to my dog before and after the surgery and answered my silly questions all the time. Words can’t express my gratitude to her. Highly recommended!
The first time I brought my dog here was because she had a very serious and sudden AHDS known afterwards. It happened too suddenly I couldn’t make any appointments with other vets. I’ve ring many vets, Richmond Vet’s nurse was the only one offered me that if I couldn’t find any other vet, ring them back she would find me a spot. I was really really appreciated that. And the AHDS would kill my dog if I couldn’t find her a vet to give her treatment in time. I would say all the nurses and doctors here are super professional and caring for every pet! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Professionals here know their stuff and most importantly, they have hearts. Highly recommended.
Hands down the best vet clinic. Dr Ross and his team are caring and pragmatic - we’ve been taking our dogs here since puppies over 7 years!
