We had entropian surgery for Theo our Chow Chow, was a very smooth process from consultation to surgery all within 1 week. The nurses and vet were amazing thoroughly explained pre and post procedures with great followup, prices were also reasonable with everything considered. The only thing preventing 5 stars was the attitude of the receptionist both times whilst my pregnant wife was bringing Theo in he was anxious in the environment and got away from my partner and all the receptionist could do was state the obvious that he needed to be on a leash whilst my partner was trying to restrain him. Next day followup was great also with a phone call to make sure Theo was recovering well.
We would like to send our thanks and love to Dr Anu and the team at Melb Eye Vet. Dr Anu spoke to us on a friendship level that takes the edge of the issues we were facing. She was thorough whilst going above and beyond to reccomend and provide treatment for our little man Mr.Tito With the treatnent from the first appointment we noticed an instant change within 3 to 5 days. We attended the clinic a month later as agreed to where we found Mr Tito's issue to of subsided and improved to the point we could lower dosage in medicines provided. It's an hour and 20 minutes to the clinic from our residence but the service, care and compassion you get from the team is why we will continue to use Melb Eye Care.
Couldn't of asked for a better outcome. They managed to fit in our hairy little fluff ball at the last minute. Unfortunately she had to have her eye removed, which just makes her more cute. The job they did was fantastic. Just over 2 weeks and has almost fully healed. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. Thanks again guys
Thank you all so much for your time spent with our big mate Archie with his Cataract surgery and follow ups including after hours on a long weekend. Unfortunately we missed a follow up as he was recently very unwell with GDV and emergency surgery, but we will see you all soon.
EVERYONE WAS FANTASTIC. HAYLEY IS CARING AND VERY SUPPORTIVE. SIMON HAD SURGERY FRI AND I GOT A CALL SAT NITE TO CHECK ON HIM FROM GEMMA. SO GRATEFUL. ALL ARE AMAZING. THANKS YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

Melbourne Eye Vet were fantastic. They made every attempt to fit my staffy in to sort out his eye problems which they did in the first visit with a small procedure and medication. Nurse Hayley was very gentle with my anxious dog, very reassuring to me, made a thorough assessment and clearly explained diagnosis. Cost was much less than I expected for a specialist service. Thank you Hayley and team at Melbourne Eye Vet.
