We came here to look at possible dogs to adopt, unfortunately they were not very compatible with our energetic and playful pup. We bought a few dog treats here which were a little more expensive than your local pet shop but if the proceeds go to help rescue pups then let's buy a couple treats get those pups rescued and in new homes! The staff were good too.

Staff friendly. If you have an appointment you're not kept waiting for hours. Expensive but money goes back to the animals. Vet very thorough. Didn't rush consultation. Parking on premises. Pensioners get 10% discount. Also sell food for pets. Cafe on premises

The staff are great a day really helpful. I was so happy about the level of knowledge that the staff had when it came to animal health and good ways to take care of any issues that might arise. The outlay of the building was really easy to find my way through and there are plenty of well seen signs showing me how to get around. I was also surprised by how well the Cafe was run and how passable the coffee was. Overall it was a fantastic experience even though I have not been able to find the right dog to adopt for my family.

Good to know they take care of animals, excellent facilities especially for dogs and cats. Lots of space inside and out. There's a pet store inside as well, vets available and behaviour training. The car park gets a bit crowded on weekends but there's ample space across the street in the Woolworth car park.

Staff are very friendly and willing to help you find a pet to adopt. Have adopted two beautiful cats, one 2 and a half years ago and one 7 months ago. Couldn't be more happy at the way they care for all the animals. I am now making donations to help protect other animals.
