Last month, we adopted Cindy from RSPCA Burwood, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They thoughtfully introduced us to the cats, sharing details about their personalities and preferences, which helped us find the perfect match. Throughout the adoption process and while purchasing supplies, they were patient, attentive, and supportive.nnWhen Cindy first arrived home, she was quite timid, but she has since settled in beautifully and bonded with us. We’re so grateful for RSPCA Burwood’s care.Thank you!
Very friendly&helpful staff !!nThey were very patient and friendly today and explained to us more than 4 different cats, each cat’s background, temperament, habits, etc. In the end, we successfully adopted pickles! thank them very much
Great place. Amazing facility and caring staff. The vets are wonderful and we have adopted two of our pets from RSPCA. If you are looking for a vet, or a new furry companion, I highly recommend you give them a look.
I came in on very sad circumstances with my beautiful dog to be put down. From the moment I stepped foot in the building sobbing with my sunglasses on the amazing team took me straight through to the room.nThey were so calm, informative, sympathetic, just everything I needed them to be for me. I’m so incredibly grateful to the female vet on this day. This was such a difficult thing for me to go through but I have nothing but lovely memories of how well we were both looked after. I can’t thank you enough.
