Couldn't recommend Sam highly enough. After being brushed off at another vet when my cat was ill, lost her meow, drooling excessively and had lumps - the vet there looked at her for under 5 minutes and did nothing else - I came here. Sam carefully inspected my girl, explained all the possibilities and likelihoods, provided a course of antibiotics and personally checked in to see how Lucy was going. Another visit was required when things picked up on the antibiotics then dropped back to bad after and again Sam patiently ran me through all the potential reasons for Lucy's condition, my options going forward and the pros and cons with each. We've got a new plan to help my girl and I trust that she's in safe hands as I try and help her get back to her normal self.
Prue is an exceptional vet and recently saw my 3 cats and then Blaze for an appointment bought forward. Consistency, honesty and respect I have found from being a client for the last 20 years. You may not want or like what you hear but Prue tells you the best way to cope and make the best especially when a bad situation arises. Prue really cares. Cameron, Rachel and the remainder of the Reception staff are always friendly and very efficient. Cameron recently committed to sort an issue with Healthy Pets for me. It was Saturday and sure enough I received a phone call on the Monday with everything resolved. Seamless. If you want your family member to receive the best service. I highly recommend Greencross Stud Park. From the moment you walk in the door to when you leave and even after the follow up. They all truely care. Regards Kristy
We were made to feel very comfortable and given the privacy to say a loving goodbye to our beautiful fur baby of 16 years. We could not speak highly enough of Greencross Vets Stud Park for the care, respect and compassion given to our family
Saw Dr Tan for a general check up. Our dog is a friendly large breed dog. The vet was very nervous when she came in and only checked my dog’s heart rate and that’s was it. Usually during a general check ups vets check the eyes, teeth, ears, legs etc. she did nothing. but I was charged the full amount for a general checkup even though she didn’t check my dog properly. Because she was scared, we let our dog even wear a muzzle, she managed to give him the injections but that was it. Made my dog super nervous as well. If you are scared of big dogs then perhaps don’t take that booking. I’m really disappointed.
More expensive than a vet we used to see but we get much better care for our senior pets than we ever did before changing over to Greencross. Our pets are our family and deserve the best we can get for them.

My puppy required some additional care & the team at Greencross have been a dream. Dr. Lucas has been very diligent in his care, happy to answer all of my questions and calls to check in on progress, I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you for the team for taking such great care of my puppy, he still wags his tail when it goes in & feels much better.
I have always found the vets compassionate, helpful and thorough.
I love this Vet clinic, the staff are caring, knowledgeable, very accommodating with appointments, especially in emergencies, my cat Oreo gets into fights regularly. Also the Healthy Pets Plus programme is fantastic, without it i would be near broke with the amount of time i needed to go the vet for Oreo. I pay $40 per month, it covers consultation fee every time i go which is usually $70, then there is the medication discount of 10%. All my cats vaccinations were covered by the program also, again no consult fee! I had Oreo desexed also, discounted Meds & free follow up consult because of the Healthy Pets Plus Program! This vet clinic is super busy, like a human doctors surgery, but there is usually very little wait time for ur appointments! Love you guys so does my Oreo!
