Just warning you , please double check invoice, as I was charged double for one item , I was charged a full price on a discounted item as well, came back on Sunday to return it, staff member told me it’s $7.50, I paid $25 for it on Saturday.nI asked to see a manager, the staff member said the manager is not available. Staff needs more training to deal with customer.n4 trips on the weekend to sort the mess. Don’t waste your time.nDon’t go there .

Clean, tidy and easy to find what you need. Not overly busy and plenty of staff to assist you…unlike other supermarkets in Rowville.   One staff member told me lie to her next time because she couldn’t help me…the truth wasn’t a good enough reason to refund me.  I am sure that is not the official company response but just shows the morals of some people.

Saw a worker scratch his butt underneath his work pants on isle 8 where the food colouring section is and kept going stacking more products thinking he didn't see me looking at him around 3.28pm. Worker has an afro type curly hair blonde/brown colour around 6ft tall. Disgusting

I had an unpleasant experience at this Woolworths store while using the self-checkout. A staff member approached me and questioned the items I brought from another supermarket, demanding proof of purchase. This was both unprofessional and disrespectful, especially as I was simply trying to complete my transaction.nnIt’s important to stress that the burden of proof lies with the store, not the customer. Approaching customers in this manner assumes guilt without evidence, which is unacceptable. Self-checkout should be a convenient and stress-free experience, not one that leaves customers feeling accused and uncomfortable.nnI urge the management to provide proper training for staff on handling such situations respectfully and in accordance with customer rights.

The store to go when you can’t find what you want in other stores. The prices are great. The service is also great. The workers there are nice and friendly. You can find everything you want in there and in the best prices. For me it is the cheapest store among the others.nnI wish I had tried this store before have always been shopping at wheelers Hill store. The worst store in Victoria  we’re the staff things they hate doing is a favournEspecially the little Lisa a YOB
