Story

The Centre of the Community is Stud Park Shopping Centre. All your everyday shopping needs and convenience are under one roof.

Stud Park Shopping Centre is anchored by Coles, Kmart, Woolworths, Sam’s Warehouse, The Rowville Library and accommodates 60 specialty stores.

It is also supported by approximately 1,500 car parks and is serviced seven days a week by local smart bus connections. Stud Park has had a long association with the community which is why we are known as “The Centre of the Community”.

Overall, Stud Park is probably the best small local shopping centre in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, The Coles is one of the best in the Country with up to date inside, food court has a few good healthy options, also the Kmart is alright and the Baker’s Delight is probably the best I have been too. Also car park is always busy and hard to find a park on Saturday’s but is fine any other day. Overall wonderful place to shop.

Busy but centre management must earn their keep.lots more parking closer to shops for seniors.Cant have shops left vacant for more than a week. If we can put a man on the moon in three days they can get new/old shops renovated ,opened and up and running in 1-3weeks.

I like to visit this shopping centre when I am going past it as it has a number of great shops & a variety of banks available at this convenient  location.nJust got myself 2 pairs of Everlast runners from Kmart as a treat for me. Great value & variety. The food places are great too & have a good variety.  The place is always clean & well presented.

Just wanted to have a nice relaxing day with my daughter but couldn’t find any clean tables, we went to coles and K mart for 40 mins then came back for food, yet the tables were all dirty and with full of empty cups and dishes that I had seen before going to coles.nFeel very sorry for the customers here, especially elderly that want to sit near the stores they order food, as well as the shops here for paying money for laziest shopping centre workers ever.

IF you can get a park close to the entrance...  - it's not crowded inside, with a good range of specialty shops alongside the big well knowns.
