The Centre of the Community is Stud Park Shopping Centre. All your everyday shopping needs and convenience are under one roof.

Stud Park Shopping Centre is anchored by Coles, Kmart, Woolworths, Sam’s Warehouse, The Rowville Library and accommodates 60 specialty stores.

It is also supported by approximately 1,500 car parks and is serviced seven days a week by local smart bus connections. Stud Park has had a long association with the community which is why we are known as “The Centre of the Community”.

First-time visitor meeting a friend here. It was easy to navigate, though the parking could be improved. There’s a great variety of stores, and overall it’s a really nice place to visit.

I quite like this little set of shops.nIt is clean, well maintained and decent variety. It feels nostalgic without being a backwards shopping center. It's not to big or small perfect

Overall, Stud Park is probably the best small local shopping centre in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, The Coles is one of the best in the Country with up to date inside, food court has a few good healthy options, also the Kmart is alright and the Baker’s Delight is probably the best I have been too. Also car park is always busy and hard to find a park on Saturday’s but is fine any other day. Overall wonderful place to shop.

A good local shopping centre.  Has everything that you would need from local centre. Lots of shops and places to eat.  Very busy parking though.
