Coles is always a reliable choice for my grocery needs. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything on my list. The fresh produce and bakery sections are top-quality, and the meat and dairy products are always fresh. I appreciate the friendly and efficient staff, who make checkout quick and hassle-free. The loyalty program offers great deals and discounts, which is a nice bonus. Overall, Coles consistently provides a great shopping experience!
Is there anyway I could give this store a 6 out 5 starts nJust wanted to give Shawna Deli hot foods manager the recognition she deserved as I asked her for some roast pork for Easter at a particular time and to my greatest surprise it was cooking in the oven ready to delivery. This is exceptional value that was offered and I wanted to take the time to recognise her “over and beyond” experience that will make me always want to shop with Coles.
There were too many empty boxes on the shelves, but apart from that, the store was reasonably well stocked. Clean and the team members we all polite and acknowledge the customers, something that is lacking in most stores these days, but not here.
Horrible if you or on user eats seriously horrible! Made order and half was cancelled or changed so I went in and had a look and the items I wanted were there!! Wasn't very happy especially since they lied about it. Very unprofessional.
Love this Coles but l go in for one thing and end up with ten lol great bargains, lovely fresh produce and get a coffee while you shop, what more do you need.
