I'm a regular Aldi shopper and love the Aldi model. This review is targeted only at the manager of this Wellington village store. She has zero real interest in solving problems and it's very clear in her mannerism she doesn't care. I've lived in the area for 4 years and I'm leaving this review after a couple of experiences with the lady. One time we bought an $80ish solar light Christmas penguine where the solar lights failed to work. We took it back to the store a couple of weeks after to get a refund and we were told it's a clearance item and it was not in their register and the manager would call us back and got my number. Never received a call and we just let it go. The Scoresby store by comparison is A+. Amazing staff, same stock, and better parking and less busy.
Generally a well-stocked store with friendly staff. Trolleys are always available. Haven't had any hiccups here. I prefer going early mornings not long after they open, the carpark can get quite busy and available spots are awkward to get to with a full trolley load if you're not there early enough.
Bruh the staff members : Tomas, Charlie, Erica , Jimmy, Alex , Liam , Luke, Mollie, Jimmy and Eddie straight up be clutching the store. Additionally, the customers that come to the store that I have spoken to, are some of the kindest most generous people on God's green earth.
Looks like a great also as most are great... Looks news and all ... Parking on the other hand is a handful
I enjoy shopping at Aldi, the food is excellent and the prices are great
