Came here few times and always packed during special catalogues sales. The items run out in few minutes and people are very aggressive pushing and showing with their trollies to get the items. Wanted to buy GL Mercedes toy car only 4 were for sale. Some local bogan pushed and shoved her trolley to get to the last item without any remorse for her actions. Would be nice also if there are more than 1 staff register open since the place gets regularly visited by price conscious locals

Great store at Rowville and excellent products. Staff always fantastic and cannot assist enough.

Never before had I experienced such high level of racism from an Aldi staff before. I have been shopping at Aldi stores since 2004 and every week I spend around $300. Today I went to this disgusting shop with my daughter and my son whom I had just picked up from school and after filling my trolley and coming to the counter, i happened to be served by a lady called Kailey. Looking at my daughter who had muslim dressing she started to treat us very badly. first she started to question us why we didn't empty the whole trolley onto the belt, secondly she started to stare at us and the trolley and constantly moving around my trolley. I kindly explained for her that every time I come to aldi store when I have more than one of the same item, aldi staff at the counter asks me to hand him/her only one, they scan that and then enters the number of that items I have in the trolley. This is convenient for both of us; convenient for the counter staff as it is saving time for him/her and easy for me too because I don't have to unload the entire trolley onto the belt. However, when she repeatedly ordered me to do so, I obeyed and did what she said. Yet, she continued to pick up on me, three times I had to send my daughter to bring the item from the shelves because she was not listening to us and purposely trying to give us a runaround. She was making excuse after excuse and I saw customers were lining up behind us and it was really embarrassing before them. At the end I had to abandon the trolley and came to Coles for shopping. Remembering today's bitter experience I will never ever come to this aldi store again and will certainly not recommend it for muslims. Her manager was worst than her.

Their products get better all the time and their prices keep getting lower. Brilliant staff. I love shopping there.

Great .......except for gold coin for trolley Five stars when i dont have to remember to grab gold coin before work so i can shop after work
