One of the Indian lady tried to charge me $5.50 for a small size of coffee. I told her to confirm I wanted to have a small coffee and she said a small coffee is $5.50. But I could see the monitor, and it says a large coffee. She tried to charge me the large coffee price. The actual small coffee price is $3.50.nAnd the worst coffee too.nnI'm not angry about the difference of two dollars, and I don't want you to cheat on your guests in this way.

Save your taste buds and don't get coffee or toasties from this BP.nneven though they have a coffee machine the abomination excuse for a cup of coffee I bought was made with Nescafé or similar, it was so undrinkably disgusting it was one sip and down the drain!nnThe toastie was a ham cheese that was left in the cling wrap and heated in what I can only assume was a microwave oven, popped in a bag and when I got to open the travesty of a sandwich it was nothing more than a soggy, gooey mess.nnJust not fair on the food and an absolute waste of money!
British Petroleum has started hiring all these Indians which lacks basic customer service. There is no hello there’s no high. I have bought charging cable from them came here to return them. They say sorry we can’t what is going on here something very disappointed atrociously bad service
Rude staff talking to someone via an ear piece and pointing at the scanner gesturing for payment. Stuffed up the transaction and tried telling me it was my fault. I've paid for fuel at this very BP dozens of times, i know what to do. You need to do better!
